Swiss and Canadian citizen. Studied in France and England. Holds an MBA. Former mayor of Grand-Saconnex (Switzerland). Retired. Active member of several public and private foundations and associations.

Joseph Kabongo Vice-Chairman

40 years of involvement in pastoral work. Citizen of the Democratic Republic of Congo and Switzerland. Fields of study: philosophy of religion, international humanitarian law and information technology. International lecturer on multicultural Christianity.

Jane Bennett
Treasurer

Jane Bennett

CPA with extensive experience working in the international sector, non-governmental - including humanitarian organizations (both political and operational), women's rights and youth empowerment, and ecumenical and interfaith dialogue. Her expertise includes: Finance, treasury, HR (international NGOs based in Switzerland), IT and facilities, grants management, governance and organizational change. Recently retired from paid employment but still active as a volunteer in various associations, Jane joined CIRJK as Treasurer in autumn 2020.

Cyril Ritchie

Cyril Ritchie

President of the JKIRC from 1997 to 2019, he notably planned and directed the Center's 50th and 60th anniversary celebrations. His career has been in international non-governmental organizations, and he is currently President of the Union of International Associations. He has been President of the United Nations Conference of NGOs, Executive Director of the International Council of Voluntary Agencies and President of the United Nations School. He is a member of the World Order of Smiles.
